I have made the payment and now where do I find a link to Join Live Webinar?
You will receive an email link to join live webinar within 24 hours of making a payment. This link is your individual link and must not be shared with anyone, as no two people can log in with the same link and you would risk your own exclusion from the Webinar!
I clicked the link but can't see the live presentation.
The link becomes active beginning half an hour before the Webinar, but the Webinar does not start until the scheduled time.
What can I see/hear during the Webinar?
During the actual Webinar, you see the presentation of speaker illustrated on his/her screen and simultaneously hear your instructor live.
Can I ask questions?
You can "raise your hand" (virtually) or pose questions to webinar moderator, who will then filter the questions (so that no question is posed more than once) and will then direct the questions to the instructor.
Will I be able to see the instructor?
It would be technically feasible but we purposely decided not to transmit live video of the lecturer per webcam to ensure that even participants with slower internet broadband connections can enjoy the Webinars at no loss of quality! However, during introduction we may request the speaker to turn on his/her web camera for a limited time.
Can the other participants see/hear me?
Yes, they can hear you during Questions and Answers time. You could always request moderator to unmute you if you have any questions or comments to make, and rest of the attendees will equally hear your voice.
What are the system requirements for my computer?
Any computer /laptop with windows operating system or Macintosh with Internet Explorer, Chrome and / or Fox Browser is sufficient. The moment you will click on joining the live session, it will automatically download the default required plugin for your computer within a minute.
Can I participate in Webinars with my iPad or iPhone as well?
Yes. The software we use is called GoToWebinar or GoToMeeting and there are Apps for the iPhone and iPad (search the App Store for "GoToMeeting"!).
What if I need help during the event?
A technical help link will be available within the event or you can enter a question in the "submit a question" box. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org where someone will be able to assist you during the event.
How do I receive my certificate?
Your signed certificate by the speaker will be posted to the mailing address information provided by you at time of registration. A link to extract your E-certificate will be also be sent to you via email within 24 hours of post webinar.
What If I didn't receive a confirmation email?
You may need to add the domain email@example.com to your safe sender's list. Please do so, and then check your junk and spam email for confirmation. If you still do not see it, email firstname.lastname@example.org with the Webinar title in the subject line.

How do I register for a Webinar?
You will find a list of all upcoming webinars and their respective dates under Webinars tab on the webpage. You can select to click any that interests you; consequently, you will be taken to the page where you can view the programme in detail and register by filling out and sending an online form. Payment of the registration fee is effected by credit card directly if the registrant selects the option of online payment or he/she will be provided with bank details to deposit the fees for the selected webinar if he/she chooses to make an offline payment. Your registration is only transmitted upon payment.
